On July 31, 2024, I had the privilege of donating copies of The Transformational Leader to the graduating students of Baptist Academy, a secondary school established by the Baptist convention in 1855. As an alumnus, it was a moment filled with pride, reflection, and gratitude—a chance to inspire the next generation of leaders.
Standing before the students, I was reminded of my own journey and the transformative power of education and mentorship. Sharing a resource that can guide them as they step into the world was both thrilling and deeply fulfilling.
